How does coaching work?

I believe everyone has a power and deep knowing inside of them that can guide them forward. Even if you can’t hear it or feel it at the moment, you already have what it takes to make positive changes and release old ways of being. In coaching, I work with you to tap into your inner knowing and take steps towards healing and wholeness. Together we will uncover areas to work on, set goals, and identify steps to achieve them. I am here to listen, support, and be your biggest cheerleader as you move through the process.

Where were you trained?

I am trained in coaching by the Mindfulness Coaching School, a program that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. If you would like more information on coaching and what it means to be a member of the ICF, you can visit http://www.coachingfederation.org.

Hypnosis

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis helps you reach a trance-like state, similar to deep meditation, in which you have heightened focus and concentration. You will feel calm, relaxed, and open to suggestions that can help you with resolving issues, overcoming challenges, and attaining goals. Though you are more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you remain in control of your behavior. You will be generally aware of and remember what happens during hypnosis.

Can we do online hypnosis sessions?

I offer hypnosis services online through Zoom. As long as you can see and hear me you will be able to experience exactly the same benefits as you would with an in-person session. In some cases, an online session can even help people feel more comfortable in their own home environment.

Are you a certified hypnotist?
