Kintsugi, in Japanese, means “golden repair.” It is an old Japanese art form that repairs broken pottery using gold, making it even more beautiful than before. Each item that was once broken, finds new beauty and meaning in life as it is put back together.

As someone who’s experienced loss in my life, I find the art of kintsugi a source of inspiration in how I move forward and how I work with my clients.

Our wounds, our losses, and our experiences as humans may leave us feeling broken, but with the right support, we can heal and move forward with even more wisdom, fulfillment and beauty than we realized. Our experiences make us human, they are what make life beautiful.

It is my passion to support people who need that extra hand to help them pick up the pieces, to become whole, to honor their lived experience, and to move forward in life.
